I recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Malibu. This is my 4th vehicle I've purchased with Swanson Buick GMC. Like my previous experience with Swanson, the entire process was easy and professional. Seth in the sales department has been my point of contact. I called Seth prior to my visit to preview a specific car I saw on-line. Seth had the car ready for a test drive upon my arrival. I discussed the vehicles options and asked about a few comparisons. The completion of the buying process was very easy. Seth explained all the required paperwork needed to complete the sale. My car, and me! :O) Lots of work went into the car this past month, and although expenses were high, services rendered at Swanson, is service I know needs to be done, despite the cost. It all just came at once. Matt and Andrew helped me greatly, with problems on new tires, which the Rendezvous just didn't take to at all. We tried everything we could, and Andrew was willing to swap these out for dunlops. I am sooooooooooooooo pleased! As soon as I left your lot, I INSTANTLY, FELT A MUCH SMOOTHER BETTER PERFORMANCE OF MY CAR. That may be due to the new set of sway bar links, but I am certain, having swapped out the tires for a better one (although more $$), was the right decision. They are MUCH, MUCH, bettter, and I thank Andrew for sticking with me thruough this process and his willingness to make the customer happy. Brought in my 2011 Terrain, which has been a terrific car for me for detailing. The Car was washed, waxed and the inside and windows were cleaned. I don't enjoy doing this myself so when I got a coupon for this in the mail I took advantage of it. I knew beforehand that it would take all day to do so I was prepared for that. Just an oill change, tiire rotation and nispection. They suggested replacing a dirty air filter, which I did. The only problem I had was the "check tire monitoring system" warning light came on after I drove the car back home. They were able to fix it quickly the next morning with a short wait.
